Two Homes  - One Lot!  A Rare Find!

Traffic at our open homes this weekend was fantastic!  Even though it was raining on Sunday afternoon we had non stop traffic coming into all of our open homes.  Many of the visitors were feeling the time has come to become more serious about buying a home, with super low rates and fantastic prices.  Our new listing on Saturn Park Drive in San Ramon was open Saturday and Sunday and we had 22 groups through Saturday and about 15 groups through on Sunday.  We are finding most buyers are finding our open homes through the internet while many are also following the directional signs.

In case you missed it, we had a tremendous response to our new listing at 2124 Myrtle Beach Lane in Danville.  This 2 bedroom 2 bath Crow Canyon Country Club attached home was extensively remodeled with the highest of quality materials.  The home was listed for sale on Wednesday, the broker tour was Thursday, and an open house was held Saturday and Sunday.  The buyers noticed the home online and were so excited to see the home that they came early to the first open home and immediately wrote an offer that the seller could not refuse.
